The practical part

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States. Orders of $35 or more ship free with standard delivery.

• Standard · $4.95, arrives in 3-7 business days (free over $35)
• Expedited · $12.95, arrives in 2-3 business days

Orders are packed with care and a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your books are on their way.

Returns

If a book arrives damaged, or it simply isn’t what you hoped for, reply to your order confirmation email within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right: a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Books should be unread and in their original condition for a refund.

Gift-wrapped orders can be returned the same way; we just ask that the book itself is unused.

Questions?

Churches and ministries ordering by the box can find bulk details on the ministry pricing page. For anything else, reply to any email from us and a real person, often Terry herself, will get back to you.
